GENERAL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
This is a magnetics meter that measures the magnetic susceptibility from 0.3 to 5000x 10-7m3/kg. It can be set to measure the amount of magnetite in a sample in grams.
Direct replacement to Magnasat.
APPLICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Research
- Magnetite assay
- Copper and nickel refining
- For checking mixing add magnetite to a sample and after processing use to measure the magnetite in the samples.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY MEASUREMENT:
1. Adjust to sample mass (up to 99 grams)
1. Insert sample into chamber
1. Press measure button
1. When "OK" displayed remove sample within 5 seconds
